REFUGEE
EMPLOYMENT

Through our Refugee Employment Services program, we match qualified Refugee candidates to employers to fill their hiring needs.  We are a free candidate referral resource committed to forming long-lasting partnerships with our employer partners.

Support Group

Hiring refugees helps to get them on the road to self–sufficiency and strengthens families within our community.

By hiring refugees you are helping families get off public assistance and accordingly,  helping to reduce dependence on social programs on the local, state and federal levels.

Provide Long-Term Workers

Refugees have a variety of work experience and skills.  Since they have lost their homes, personal property and careers in their home countries, refugees have a strong drive to regain self-sufficiency and economic stability for their families and are committed to long-term employment..  Many were professionals and small business owners in their home countries.

Pre-screening Services to Employers

We have refugee candidates who are heavily pre-screened to determine child care, transportation, English levels, math abilities and overall job readiness. We also see that a candidate has updated immigration documents and provide assistance with renewal application process.

Free Training Consultants/

Interpreters

Our professional Training Consultants/Interpreters are available to employers to assist in mediation, interpretation, orientation, safety instruction and problem-solving issues.

Employers Become Part of the
Global Picture

Often when a refugee begins to work in the U.S. they send money back to family members who remain living in their home country or refugee camp.  By hiring a refugee you are also assisting in providing much needed financial assistance to a refugee’s
extended family.
